My first visit to this location. They are fast. I love that they have a drive truck strictly for mobile orders. You can get in and out and on with your life. This is an innovative idea. I wish more places wold do this.

Buffalo sauce is THE BEST. The chicken sandwich is always consistent. Always 2 pickles. I like the pickles. Adds a nice crunch. The waffle fries I love the waffle fries. Good w barbeque sauce instead of ketchup

I always have a great experience at this location. I love the customer service that is displayed from the employees here. Special Thank you to Ms. Cassandra (Auntie San) for her continued welcoming spirit. She is always upbeat and in a good mood. She definitely makes my day every time I come through the drive-up line. A young girl name Kierra took my order in the drive through and what a delight she was. She was professional, funny and in good spirits. Unfortunately, I had to return my fries due to having too much salt. They exchanged them without any hiccups.

I love chick fil a, and this Restaurant is one of the best. The food is fresh, the Service is fast and friendly. Lots of free parking. Super fast drive thu service. Any time of the day you walk into this Chick-fil-A Owner TJ and the staff will greet you with a smile Great place to bring your family and dine. I would definitely visit again.

If other fast food restaurants used the Chick Fil A method of service WITH the politeness of their staff, I would frequent them more often. That being said, this Chick Fil A has always been a good experience. The food has always been fresh and hot. The salads have been fresh and tasty. The young people working there are always polite, knowledgeable and friendly. A smile can be the difference between a plain dinner after a hard day's work and a nice dinner. Other chains should follow.

My experience at the Chick-fil-A located at 2452 Wesley Chapel Rd in Decatur, GA was pretty chill and surprisingly smooth from start to finish. I ordered the Spicy Chicken Deluxe with pepper jack cheese and paired it with a lemonade, and both hit the spot. The sandwich came out fresh, hot, and well-seasoned, and the lemonade had that classic Chick-fil-A balance of sweetness and tartness. The staff was friendly and attentive, and to my surprise, the entire restaurant — from the dining area to the drink station — was spotless. Overall, this location definitely delivered a solid and pleasant fast-food experience.
